It was your typical Wisconsin Sunday afternoon in 2007. The Seilers (Brian, Tara, and Shelly) were gathered around the TV watching the Packers football game and talkin’ about hunting. The concept of the Droptine Divas was born that day. Since 2007, the Droptine Divas and Team Droptine have produced three whitetail hunting dvd’s that have been sold throughout the US. In early 2010, we have decided to take it to the next level, starting in June 2011, you will be able to check out our new TV show “Antler King’s Workin’ for Whitetails TV” on the Sportsman Channel.
Many of our 10 men and 10 women that make up our WFW crew have their own families and have those everyday family obligations like taking their children to school, sporting practices, and making dinner. Our team members also have full time jobs, from dairy farmers, sales, construction workers, school psychologists, accountants, truck drivers, to engineers. We are just your average everyday people who are passionate about family, friends, and hunting our land, our way. We all set our own stands, plant our own food plots, and do our own scouting! We are….. WORKIN’ FOR WHITETAILS!

Team Droptine Divas

Tara Seiler

I grew up on a small dairy farm in South Central Wisconsin where I was surrounded by a family of passionate deer hunters. My dad, Nate, and my two brothers, Brent and Aaron, all loved to hunt, but I also had some strong female hunting role models to look up to in my mom Ellen, Grandma Iszy, and Aunt Karla. Hunting took a back seat for a time as my education and sports took priority. I graduated college with a degree in Psychology and spent a number of years working with children who were diagnosed with Autism. My husband, Brian, was the one who encouraged me to get back out in the woods and the rest as they say, is history! Both of our parents taught us to love and appreciate the outdoors and my husband and I now enjoy instilling those same values in our two children, Brady and Jackie.

Shelly Seiler

I was born and raised on a dairy farm in South Central Wisconsin surrounded by a family that lived, breathed and ate hunting. Seeing the excitement it brought them, it was hard not to want to be a part of it. I started gun hunting 14 years ago and loved the time I got to spend in the woods with my dad and brothers, but it wasn’t until I picked up a bow 6 years ago that I realized my true passion. Now it’s running through my veins. I am also a dental hygienist and a very proud mother of Halie. I am still hunting the same land that I grew up hunting; the land that my dad has worked years and years to manage and now we are doing the same. I hope my daughter will be the next generation to sit in that same woods and experience the pure joy of hunting.

Team Addicted To Antlers

Nate Vogelsang

Growing up, my younger brother, Dan, and I started hunting on our own. We started hunting pheasants and that evolved into deer hunting at the age of 18. Ever since then, I’ve been addicted to the outdoors, more specifically my passion for bow hunting. ! I am a very lucky man to be married to Colleen who understands my obsession for hunting! As much as I love bow hunting, coming up and spending time with my family and friends, is something that means more to me than words can explain. I am an Operations Manager and you can bet I save most of my vacation time to use in the fall!

Brian Seiler

Some of the first memories I have is making bows out of sticks and baler twine. My dad would give us his old arrows and that’s how I learned to shoot a bow! When I was about 6 I graduated to my uncles old straight bow. It also had a baler twine string and was about twice as tall as me but I made it work! My first compound was a hand me down from my brother, an American Eagle, and I was 8. It had a 15-30 pound draw but we were able to get it down to 12 pounds for me. I would practice every night my dad did and was a pretty good shot out to 15 yards by the end of the summer. I still have that bow to this day! By the time I turned 12 I was a real good shot with my bow and I was more than eager to hit the woods! My first deer was a buck...a nubbin, but man was I on top of the world! I also shot my first "legal" buck with the bow that year, a small 8 pt buck. Later that fall I shot my first buck with a rifle, a 13 pointer! When we went and recovered it, I cried, not because I was happy, but because it was so small (maybe the smallest 13 point ever), you see my dad was practicing deer management before there was such a thing, and I thought he would be angry. Of course he wasn't and the rest is history. Now that I have two beautiful kids, Brady and Jackie, I can't wait to pass the traditions my father handed down to me, onto them! They did get a better start than me though, they've never had to make a bow out of sticks and twine!

Team Weekend Warriors

Brandon Fraher

A true addiction, passion, and love! That is the quickest and best way I can sum up the way I feel about hunting and the outdoors. I grew up and still reside in a small town in southeastern Wisconsin, a town where more people were concerned about their boats on the lake, and the name tag on their clothing. My first experiences as a hunter and outdoorsman took place at my grandparents, with 8 acres of land to roam free on, I began my lifelong enrollment in what I like to call Outdoor University. Fortunately for me, my step-father was a very avid hunter and fisherman and he was more than happy to bring me along and teach me the ropes! I was 14 when I got my first shot at a whitetail, too overwhelmed with adrenaline, I missed by a mile, but I wanted more. When I turned 15 I got my first bow, and those cool fall mornings, trying to stay awake in the stand, etched a lieflong addiction in my head. I was 19 when I took my first whitetail! A big 'ol doe was in the freezer! My patience grew and my management knowledge grew as well. From that moment on, I became a JUNKIE! I'm a proud and ecstatic father of two, who have given a new meaning to life for me. I can't wait to be their outdoor professor! I feel that my love for hunting and the outdoors has grown to new limits knowing that I am now their leader and teacher, hoping that someday they also can enjoy the beauty and wonders that God has bestowed upon us all!

Josh Smith

I've been a part of hunting for as long as I can remember. I first started going into the woods with my grandparents as they mostly hunted for Whitetails. They really have taught me a lot in life and shaped my respect for the outdoors. When I turned 12, I was finally able to go out hunting, the first deer I shot was a doe, but that hunt was probably the most memorable for me, as my grandpa was at my side. The past few years have been really exciting for me, I started getting into sport of filming. It all started when I met fellow team member Jeff Kaye. We've been filming each other for the last three years now, and he and I have taught each other a lot when it comes to hunting and filming. Being a recent college graduate and having a real full time job, I now fully appreciate every minute that I get to spend in the outdoors. One thing is for certain, come every free day in the fall, I will be in the outdoors hunting or filming with the Workin for Whitetails crew.

Team Traditions

Autumn and Joe Pease

Traditions has many meanings for our team. The first and strongest meaning behind Team Traditions is family. Both Joe and I come from families that hunting has been a family tradition for years and years. Even though I did not enter into my families tradition until an older age it has been no less special sharing in the stories among close family members. Grandfathers, Fathers, Brothers, etc… on both sides enjoy many outdoor adventures from Ducks to Does and Bucks to Bulls. We have three wonderful children that we hope will share in our journeys and enjoy the outdoors with us. We hope that they will someday share these same family memories and traditions with their children and grandchildren. This is a sport that almost anyone can enjoy some part of. It is such a wonderful way to spend time as a family. Traditions also has another importance to us, especially when it comes to bow hunting. 10 years ago Joe introduced me to bow hunting and he did this with a Archery Traditions longbow. I took my first deer with it. I hunted with either a long bow or recurve exclusively until I had children and no longer had the time to put in the extra practice required to be consistent enough in the stand with it. Joe and his brother Josh have hunted almost exclusively with traditional bow hunting equipment since I met them years ago. They make, fletch, and paint their own arrows. They even have made their own bows and quivers. For me it is always an experience when hunting but there is a little bit something more there for me when I am able to take an animal with my traditional equipment and I look forward to the days when I can carry my recurve back out into the woods. TEAM TRADITIONS intends to continue our passion for the outdoors as long as we can and then hopefully enjoy the hunt through the eyes of our children, and their children, and so on. – Autumn and Joe Pease

Team Mason

Ann Altmann

Hi, my name is Ann Altmann, I am a nurse by profession currently taking time off to raise my family. I enjoy golfing, fishing, water-skiing, and spending time with friends and family. Above all, I consider bow hunting for whitetail deer my greatest outdoor passion. I am originally from Duluth, MN where growing up our family was always camping, fishing or hunting. These values and traditions have been passed on to my family. My husband, John and I share the same affection for whitetail hunting and now our daughters are following in our footsteps. They love sitting in the stands watching wildlife, helping to harvest the deer and especially the excitement at camp during the season. During the fall months we take off every Friday afternoon for the cabin to pursue trophy whitetails. The worries of work, school and daily life are left behind for a few days and we get lost in the feeling of freedom that only the outdoors provides. Hunting together, in my opinion, is a positive way to maintain a healthy and happy family. The excitement starts with trail cam pictures, continues with velvet footage and escalates with the final arrow released at a magnificent whitetail. Hopefully our love for the outdoors will continue on in our family for generations to come.I am a lucky lady to have not one, but two cameramen. My husband John will be filming for his first time this coming season. He has shot a lot of great bucks with his bow throughout the years and finds equal enjoyment watching others’ in their pursuit. The other camera man is our friend John “Herm”. Herm is an avid outdoorsman and an excellent hunter. He has been filming for 7 years and last year was able to film me shooting a 10 point buck. We hope to get another great harvest on film this year. We have many days of hard work that contribute to our weekend hunting experiences. It all starts with food plots, to clearing trails, putting up stands and finally as season approaches changing out cameras on a weekly basis. We hope that many hours of work will generate a few precious heart pounding moments and the opportunity to harvest a mature whitetail buck.

Team River Bottom

Amy & R.J. Cole

Amy & R.J. Cole are Team Riverbottom. We have been married for ten years. I am a School Psychologist in a rural town and R.J. is a carpenter in Madison. We have three kids; R.J.'s daughter, Taylor, is 18 years old and a freshman at MATC in Madison, and our sons Jaden, who is five years old and in Kindergarten and Saywer is two years old. R.J. started hunting when he was twelve years old. He has many pictures of his father, brother, and himself hunting deer, ducks, geese, and pheasants. I started hunting 13 years ago because my brother was away in other countries for the Navy and I didn't want my dad to be alone and have something happen and no one around to help him. When R.J. and I started dating I didn't understand why he needed to go bow hunting every night. I started to think that he just didn't like being home. I even went so far as to tell him I thought he passed up bucks just so he could stay out more nights and not be home. That thinking all changed when I started bow hunting in 1997. I then understood what it was like to be out in the woods, by yourself, in the peace and quiet. It was so calm and peaceful, yet thrilling when deer come in. Our property is in river bottoms. It's where my grandpa and late grandma hunted, where my dad, uncles, and late brother hunted. It's precious to me and something I'll never take for granted.

Team Montana

Robbie Dockter

I'm a 32 year old electrical lineman from Montana. I am happily married to fellow team member Nikki. Together we have a 4 year old daughter, Sierra and I also have an 11 year old son, Cade. This fall will be Cade's first season to have the chance to tag his first buck as a fellow hunter. I eagerly look forward to spending the time helping and encouraging him in such a great family tradition. I am an extremely blessed man to have a family who shares the deep passion of the outdoors and all it provides. I inherited the passion of whitetail hunting from my hunting hero, my dad. I've hunted with him ever since I can first remember tagging along at his side. Growing up whitetail fever was easily fueled by the opportunity to have the Yellowstone River of Eastern Montana as my backyard. I found it to be the perfect place for a kid like myself to grow into a hunter and flourish. Tree stands in the deer rich environment were just a short walk out my back door and allowed me to arrow my very first buck some 20 years ago. The anticipation of the coming fall gets my heart pumping with excitement and fills my thoughts. A time I greatly cherish with family and friends. So to all of you, get out this fall, get your blood flowing, and enjoy the world's oldest sport!

Nikki Dockter

Born and raised here in Montana (a.k.a. God’s Country), it’s a given to be brought up outdoors. I was raised in a family who spent a lot of their time camping and tagged frequently along with my dad when he went hunting. I loved being outside and the hiking was even more enjoyable, but it wasn’t until I met my husband did I truly fall in love with the sport. Robbie introduced me, coached me along and together we spend any chance we get from scouting to hunting. With this being such a big addiction for us, we enjoy including our 4-year old daughter right along with us as well as my 12-year old stepson Cade. When I’m not outdoors with my family, you can find me working as a secretary and aid at our local high school, a county EMT, and a wild land firefighter. (I don’t sit still for very long) so come to Montana to hit up the outdoors with my family and I can promise you’ll leave with this great addiction.

Team Broken Arrow

Aaron Vogelsang

As with most people, hunting is a tradition that is passed down from one generation to the next. Whether it was sitting up in a tree stand bowhuting with my dad or walking out to our bale stand opening morning of gun season with my mom, some of my favorite childhood memories revolve around hunting. During high school, playing sports took priority over hunting and after graduation being away at college offered little time to get in the woods. Now that those good ol' college days are over, I have found a renewed passion for the outdoors, especially bowhunting whitetails! Very few things compare with the adrenaline rush that you get from having a whitetail get within range. But as most hunters know, each day in the woods is an escape. Hunting for me is about enjoying everything the outdoors has to offer and the days where you catch a glimpse of a big buck or even have the opportunity to try to master the elusive "shooter" buck is icing on the cake. Hunting also offers a great opportunity to spend time with family. Brent and I spend a lot of time on our farm planting and managing food plots, setting up stands, scouting, and arguing over who is going to hunt and who is going to film and which stand we should sit in. And during the many family get-togethers the conversations usually include hunting, the SUPER BOWL CHAMPION GREEN BAY PACKERS, or the Wisconsin Badgers. My wife Jana and two jobs fill up the rest of my schedule. My mom and I run a small engine business and I coach high school basketball.

Brent Vogelsang

I grew up in your typical hunting crazed family in south central Wisconsin. My family ran a small dairy farm so there was not much free time, but I remember everyone taking that opportunity to get out in the woods to do some hunting. I finally got my introduction into the family tradition at the age of four when I was able to tag along on my first bowhunt and let's just say I was hooked for life! Ever since that day, I have been able to experience some great memories while hunting and being in the outdoors with my family and friends. Today, my younger brother Aaron and I are lucky enough to be hunting the same land that we grew up on and where we had learned to hunt. It truly is all about "Our Family, Our Friends, Our Land, Our Way" which has been passed down from generation to generation in our family. When I'm not Workin' for Whitetails, I currently am working for a Madison, WI based company in their accounting department.

Team K&A

Katie Pipp

I am a total outdoors girl. I'm obsessed with hunting and fishing and it's been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Besides being a college student (soon to be college grad), hunting is basically all I think about. I grew up being my dad's little hunting buddy and once I turned 12, shot my first deer. Hooked for life. I've been bowhunting for almost ten years now, since I was 13. I've harvested about 15 deer and four turkeys. My favorite animal to hunt by far is the whitetail. I just started getting into the filming part of it a couple years ago and I LOVE it! I cannot say how much it means to me to be able to share my hunting experiences and adventures with others!

Alan Dosedla

I would like to thank my father and grandfather for introducing me to hunting and fishing at a young age. I'm passionate about every aspect of the outdoors. It has shaped me into the person that I am today. When I was in high school, I fished during school golf and crosscountry meets and now I take all my vacation time around the whitetail season. Hunting has become the sport that I cherish the most. I love the fact that it is not seasonal. From planting food plots and velvet scouting to hunting season and shed hunting, our entire year is dedicated to hunting. Chasing whitetail deer with a bow, gun or camera is what I love.
